Windows 10: Can't log in to my Microsoft account:*** Email address is removed for privacy ***

My computer was burglarized in London. I want to try to log in to the account again with my roommate's computer to find the lost device, retrieve information and complete the coursework, but it shows that I need to add a password, but as soon as I add the password, it shows that the session timeout cannot be added. After filling in the application form for account recovery, it says that the password reset link will be resent, but it has not sent.

A filter here removed email addresses. In order for us to see the address instead of *** Email address is removed for privacy *** you should replace the @ with AT or [AT] or # or something else.

My Microsoft Account - Receiving email daily from Microsoft saying *** Email address is removed for privacy *** trying to log in, VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT, this *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is not me or anything close to my email address. I went through the guidelines provided by Microsoft e.g. the address from
Microsoft security team is valid, etc.. Nothing helpful there.

Please help me get rid of this daily annoyance, because I cannot spam it because then all emails from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** are then in SPAM.
