Windows 10: Cant log in to profile & need to exit from safe mode

I am using dell 5378 laptop. few days ago , after a windows update installation , I could not log in to my profile and windows only allowed me to use a temporary profile . As a solution I decided to use windows safe mode which had been published as a solution for this problem by Microsoft . Unfortunately , windows dose not recognize my pin or windows account password in safe mode. I cant remember whether I set a special password for safe mode in an earlier time . How ever , I can't enter to my profile or exit from safe mode now. Can any body help me

I suggest you to try the below steps to exit from the Safe mode on Windows 10.

Steps to place the computer in normal mode.

• Press Windows + R keys to open
  Run command.
• Type msconfig and press
  Enter.
• In the System Configuration window, click on
  General tab.
• Select Start-up selection as
  Normal startup, click on Apply
  and Ok.
• Follow onscreen instructions.

Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.

 

After I was forced to update on 4/27, my computer will not let me exit Safe Mode.

• Which KB update was installed on your computer?
• What happens when you try to exit from safe mode?
• Are you getting any error message?

I suggest you to follow the steps to come out of Safe mode as below and check if it helps.

• Log in to safe mode.
• Press "Windows" + "R" key.
• Type "msconfig" and select "Boot" tab.
• Uncheck "Safe boot" and select "OK".
• Now restart your device. Your device will boot in normal boot.
