Windows 10: Cant log in to windows after safe boot

I tried to run safe boot with minimum option but i cant login to my windows due to error that said my pin cant be used, and i even cant reset my pin.Now im stuck at this screen and cant do anything.

Having issues with boot time on my gaming pc

I looked around online and can't seem to find anything other than the Safe Mode boot logging that is in windows itself.. Any suggestions for boot logging software ?

I would suggest you to follow the steps given below and check if the issue persists:

• 
  Press Windows key + R.
  
• 
  Type msconfig and hit enter.
  
• 
  Click on boot tab.
  
• 
  Uncheck the safe boot box and click OK.
  
• 
  Restart your computer.

Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10  


I am stuck in Safe Mode in spite of following all the suggested steps to go back to Normal Startup - Like opening file location of msconfig.exe & running as Administrator. The computer I am trying to get out of safe mode has just been updated from Windows 7.
