Windows 10: Can't log in Win10 after update, external keyboard and on screen keyboard not working

Hi, My Alienware laptop was automatically doing window update yesterday.Today I can't to login to it, due to the keyboard letter not working, only number key working, mouse is working.Found there are tons of people having same issue and solution is either using the on-screen keyboard or external keyboard, none of the solution work for me.Been tried restart many times, still no luck.I can login to guess account which don't need password, and the keyboard work perfectly there, only the login screen having keyboard issue.Is there any solution beside what I've tried?

Keyboard & touchpad disabled after Win10 update

Laptop - ASUS U57A BBL4
Updated Win10 to Version 1607, build 14393.1066
Running:
Advanced System Care, Bitdefender, & Malwarebytes
External USB mouse

Everything was functioning properly before the update. I've been running Win10 since it was released. After the update the keyboard & touch pad do not work. The system appears to boot normally. The external mouse works and I can position the pointer anywhere on the screen.
According to IObit Driver Updater, all my drivers are up to date.
Any suggestions on what I can do?

Before assisting further, since when are you facing the above issue?

You may be facing the above issue due to the change in hardware components or non-updated keyboard drivers on your PC.

Step 1: If you are unable to login into your user account, I suggest you to use on-screen keyboard by following the steps below and check if you are able to login.

The On-screen keyboard is located in the Ease of access center located at the bottom left corner of the lock screen. It acts as a temporary keyboard in-case your keyboard does not work.

  Click on the Ease of access icon located on the bottom right corner of the screen.
  
• 
  Select on-screen keyboard option and type the password.
  
• 
  After typing, click on the icon located next to the password entry box and check if you have typed the correct password.
  
• 
  Press Enter and check if you are able to login into the user profile.
  

Step 2: After logging in, update the
keyboard drivers manually from Device manager and check if the issue is resolved.

• 
  Press Windows logo + X keys on the keyboard and select
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Expand Keyboards, right click on the keyboard driver and select
  Update option.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen instructions.
  
• 
  After updating, close the window and check if the changes are effective.

Suggest you to plug in an external keyboard to check if that helps.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

• 
  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.
