Windows 10: Cant log in without canging pin, but cant change pin without internet. And i have no internet.

I can't log into my pc. I upgraded my Motherboard to Asus Rog Strix b550f. When i tried to launch the pc everything went fine. But as i was about to log in it sayd that i had to change Pin code. I tried it but i had no internet conection. And there are no other log in options, not with password or another account. I use an ethernet cable directly from my router to the pc and tried different ones, no one worked. So to log in i have to change pin, but to change pin i need internet connection, but i cannot fix my internet without loging in. Help

Are you able to login to computer using Pin when you connect computer to Internet?

I suggest you to change the PIN on your computer and check if that helps.

Follow these steps to setup a PIN

• Press the Windows+S key combination to display the Search box.
• Type the word pin into the Search box, then click
  Set up PIN sign-in.
• Find the “PIN” section and click the Add button.
• Type in the password for your User Account, then click the
  Ok button.
• Select and enter a 4 digit numeric pin, then enter it again for confirmation.
• Exit the PIN setup utility.
• From now on you’ll be able to log in to your Windows account by entering your 4 digit PIN instead of your password.

If you want to change the PIN please follow these steps.

• You can change your PIN at any time by following the steps below:
• Press the Windows+S key combination to display the Search box.
• Type the word pin into the Search box, then click Set up PIN sign-in.
• Find the “PIN” section and click the Change button.
• Enter your Windows password, then click the Ok button.
• Select and enter a new 4 digit numeric pin, then enter it again for confirmation.
• Click the Finish button.
• Exit the PIN setup utility.

I can't PIN Internet Explorer to the taskbar. Can someone help?

To pin Internet Explorer to your taskbar, kindly follow these steps.

• Type Internet Explorer on Cortana's search field.
• Right click on Internet Explorer and select Pin to taskbar.

• Open Settings (keyboard shortcut: Windows + I) > Accounts >
  Sign-in options.
• Under PIN, click on Change.
• Enter your current PIN, enter and confirm the new PIN, then click OK.
