Windows 10: Can't log into computer after changing Outlook password

I have a home computer that was setup, associated with an hotmail account. As far as I know, this computer does not have an administrator account. account.When I rebooted my computer and entered my PIN, it gave me an error message saying:An administrator has restricted sign in. To sign in, make sure your device is connected to the Internet, and have your administrator sign in first.I've logged into the outlook account from another computer and checked the device and it does not appear to be locked when I go to 'find my device' although my wife did receive an email saying that it was locked wit
