Windows 10: Can't log into laptop, put password in and blue page appears with RPC server unavailable.

Can't log in to laptop. When I type in password, blue page appears stating RPC serve unavailable

I cannot log in to my laptop due to RPC server is unavailable. I do not have access to the start button on left side either.

Can you help with this?

Where do you back to?

RPC server unavailable means the network connection that you use is not available and this can be for many reasons.
