Windows 10: Can't log into local windows account, and doesn't give me option for microsoft account either.

I turned on my computer today, and it says that due to "security changes" I can no longer use my old pin, it doesn't give me a pin reset option, and says that all my passwords are incorrect as well. This is on a local account however it doesn't even give me an option to sign in with my microsoft account, how do I log back in and use my computer.

Just simply log in with your Microsoft Account.

Just go back to using a local account:

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
