Windows 10: Can’t log into windows

When I try to sign into windows it prompts me to provide my Microsoft password then it asks to set up a new pin but then tells me something went wrong then kicks me back to sign in and then I go in circles

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
