Windows 10: Can't Login into platform to play downloaded/purchased games on Microsoft Store App

I have a question in regards to an error message, "We have encountered an error, please try again later." Everytime I login with my main email but it works with alternate emails. I've been trying to play Minecraft for Java Edition the past several months, and deleted the app multiple times an it would still give me an error that I don't know how to resolve. Please help, Thanks! Also, whenever I go into Minecraft launcher, it gives me an error code "Illegal state change was requested". How do I get in contact with MIcrosoft to resolve this issue, or is there anything on my end that may resolve

Actually, I may suggest that you if purchase games try to buy it from Epic games or Steam because those sites provide very good discounts and you could save money. Cons is that some games are not available in those platforms and only in Microsoft Store.

when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

the splash screen appears then goes

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.
