Windows 10: Can't login on pc after motherboard replaced

I had my motherboard replaced a few days ago and I can't log into my Microsoft account on my desktop now. It works on my other devices. When it asks me for a new PIN, it says there is no internet connection. This is not true since I am able to login as my admin account and get to websites. Clearly this is a problem that is originating with the new hardware. I can't believe this is so difficult to get running again. I have tried deleting the ngc directory with no luck. I'm at my wits end and am totally unable to get my work done.

Hi Keith,

to keep license you need to replace motherboard by warranty. Sorry that are the license terms. If this will be warranty replacement please remember technician to do steps necessary for license keeping.

 

Choice of memory and motherboard... a bit stuck...

No one who got some suggestions on this one, huh?

I've found out that the Asus M3A78-T needs to be flashed, so then that motherboard is excluded from my list. Which motherboard and memory should I then go for? Any suggestions?

The 9th gen processors that are currently available is still the P0 stepping and will eventually be replaced with the new R0 stepping processors.
