Windows 10: Can't login to account due to moving countries and not being able to recieve text message...

I cant login to halo infinite. It is trying to login using my old account. It asks for my old phone number and tries to send a text to my old uk number. I have the sim but it is over a year old and does not recieve the text. It will not let me sign out and chose a different account. For other means of verification it asks for purchase details from over a year ago. Requiring me to specify the amount and exact date. It also asks me for 3 of my original Skype contacts first and last name I cannot log into this account either because of the same verification problem. I already filled out the

Please confirm the following things for me.

1. Is your system connected to the internet? You can check this through the network icon at the bottom left corner of your login screen.
   
2. What error message are you receiving when you login with your Microsoft account?
   

I would suggest you to login to
http://login.live.com/ with your Microsoft account and check if you are able to sign-in with your credentials.

If you are able to sign-in with your Microsoft account on the live website, you can follow the steps in this article to ‘Start
your PC in safe mode in Windows 10’, kindly follow the steps in the section ‘From the sign-in screen’ and check if you are able to login to your system.

5530 stpped sending or recieving texts

As title, my son's 5530 has stopped recieving or sending texts. Outgoing texts sit in the outbox.



I've rest the phone, upgraded to latest software, checked the message centre number, the sim card sends and recieves ok in another phone.



Any other suggestions?

 

Microsoft Account login is not opening

• Are you able to login to the same account using web browser?
• What is the exact error message?

I suggest you to reset the Microsoft account password once and check if it helps.

You can't sign in to your Microsoft account
