Windows 10: can't login to my account in any app

I made some adjustments to this folder and combined it with the same folder from another device :-

C:\Program Files\WindowsApps​

then I have made a reset of all system applications using this command :-

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$$_.InstallLocation\AppXManifest.xml"}​

There are a lot of applications that are not working properly now because of this

The Problem​

When I try to sign in, something goes wrong and login fails without an error message

Once I click to continue here​

This login interface appears and then closes in a second​

Is there any solution to this problem other than reinstalling Windows?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Cannot link/add my Microsoft Account to Local Account

Im using Win10 Build 1607 with all latest update.

I also run all related troubleshooters:

• Windows Update
• Store Apps (says i have to login in my microsoft account but thats the problem, i can't)
• Microsoft Accounts

No Problem found. Also the suggestions from Microsoft didnt helped.

 

Remove account


I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
