Windows 10: Can't Login to my laptop

I purchased a refurbished laptop for work and gaming ,and for some Linux knowledge I installed Ubuntu on it clean install and after using it for one day I tried to switch back to windows but in the windows setup there always comes a pop up of sign in to your Microsoft work or school account but I have personal account can someone help me i have original windows 11 pro product key

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
