Windows 10: Cant login to my Windows 10 PC

There recently was a short power outage that happened while my PC was running. Since then when I boot up my PC there is no password screen. The lockscreen shows up as normal with the time, date, and background but when I swipe up to sign in there is no icon or password bar. I tried going to the troubleshoot screen to safe boot or startup repair but it keeps telling me my password is incorrect. I know it is not incorrect because I have used the same password for years. I can’t get into my PC at all. Please please help.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

  Are you trying to login to Microsoft account or local account?

  If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
  

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.

Can't login to my windows 10 PC

Hi,

I tried everything that you suggested.

I am trying to login to Microsoft account.

And I am able to login using the web interface.

I used on-screen keyboard too. But the issue persists. It gives an error, and asks to try again.

Please help. I am stuck.
