Windows 10: Can't login to pc because it thinks it's a work PC

I just reinstalled windows 11 again and now it thinks it used to be a some type of work PC and I cant even log into the pc bc there was never a work account on here and when I try to login with a Microsoft Account even it just says wrong password and I need to reset it I reset it and it still does the same thing but idk what to do if I can't even login to change anything

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

1. What is the error message you receive when you try to login to the PC?
   
2. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC prior to which you weren’t facing this issue?
   
3. Are you using a local account or a Microsoft account to login to the PC?
   

If you are using a Microsoft account then I would suggest you to try resetting the password of the PC and see if you are able to login. Refer the article

If you are using a local account on the PC, then you can refer the article

Note: The article talks about resetting the PC. It is not advised to reset the PC if you don’t have the backup of the data.



You can also try booting the PC into safe mode and see if you are able to login. Refer the article

  Are you trying to login to Microsoft account or local account?
  
• 
  If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
  

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.
