Windows 10: Can't login to Windows 10 after Reset

Hello,I have a Surface Pro 3. I used Recovery > Reset This Computer option to delete everything and reinstall Windows 10. After the reset process finished, I can't login to the computer. My account comes up and when I enter my password, it says "The user profile service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded". Here is what I tried so far:- Hold down shift and choose Restart to enter the "Choose an option" blue screen.- I chose Troubleshoot > Reset This PC again. It finished the reset process and then the same problem occurs. "User profile service failed"- Troubleshoot > Adv

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

  If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
  

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.
