Windows 10: Can't Login to Windows 11 Laptop Without Intenet

I was using my laptop and suddenly the screen went black. I restarted the computer and since then I haven't been able to log back into the computer. Just get a screen with "Sign in". When I try to sign in it says "You'll need the internet for this". Even when connected to my phone's hotspot or home network, it says connected w/ no internet and still can't log in. Trying to use safe mode I get error message asking if I want to go to the app store.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
