Windows 10: Can’t login to windows

When turning on my computer, I receive a message that my pin is no longer available due to change the security settings on the device.This started two days ago. The email that it is showing for me to login is not the email I always logged in with. Shows a different xxxxx@outlook when until 2 days ago I always logged in with *** Email address is removed for privacy *** followed all the steps on the screen “set up pin”, when asking me for the password it tells I’ve entered the wrong password too many times of course the problem is it’s asking for a password for an outlook email I don’t have.When clicking on “forgot passwo

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

  If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
  

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.
