Windows 10: Can't login to Windows

It all started with me trying to open One Note. I had to login to my Hotmail account in order to open One Note. I forgot my password to my Hotmail account so I had to reset it. Then I had to create a pin. Later, I locked my computer and now I can't login. I've tried going into Safe mode, I've tried getting into the cmd but every time it asks for the password. I can't get pass the login screen. If I don't know/remember the password how can I reset it?I've also tried resetting the password from the login screen but can't. I've tried creating a pin but it doesn't take my anywhere. I do not have a

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

  If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
  

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.
