Windows 10: Can't login using my fingerprint, PIN and can't Remember my Password. PLEASE HELP ME!

so where the issue lies I was trying to reset my password to be able to change my pin after as what the message boxes instructed note: I only did this because there was no option to change the pin in the beginning just the option forgot pin and forgot the other one upon successfully resetting the password it would now not accept my personal email microsoft account but is instead asking for a school and work email which I also have. Now the issue is after trying it all went to hell errors everywhere and unfortunately I was not able to get a snip or details about the error. what I did was rese

Cannot remember password and PIN to login

Hi,

As per the query, I would like to inform that you require to create a password prior to the creation of the PIN. If you remember the password, click on the sign-in options under the password box in the login screen.

If you forgot your Microsoft account password,
follow these steps.

If you don’t have a Microsoft account and forgot your local account password,
you can’t recover it. Instead, you’ll need to reset your PC.

Warning: Following these steps will remove all of your data, programs, and settings.

• Start your PC and select the Power icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the lock screen.
• While holding down the Shift key, select Restart.
• On the Boot options menu, select Troubleshoot > Reset this PC > Remove everything.
• Your PC will restart and will reset itself.

Upgraded to Windows 10 in my Sony Vaio; fingerprint doesn´t work; forgot password; can´t access to my computer

I upgraded to Win 10 on my Sony Vaio. I always used fingerprint scan to login into my computer, and as such don't know my password anymore. Then, when I upgraded and tried to login with my fingerprint it didn't work. Now I can't login and I can´t Access
to my laptop! Please help me login into my computer, NOT into my Windows accout!!!
