Windows 10: Can't login without internet and cannot fix my internet connectivity without login in. What...

My laptop's networking hardware both wifi and LAN not working. I'm not able to install an external wifi adapter as my computer suddenly decided I have to login to my Microsoft account which requires internet and there are no other options to login.

Login problem with no internet connection.

Original title: Login problem

I cannot login for some reason to my windows 10. When I enter my password it says its invalid. I also seem to have no internet access. Since I cant get past the sign in screen I have no way of fixing the internet. It just says no connection is available.
I know there are connections as I am able to use all my other devices. So then I tried to reset my password from another device, but of course without having internet access the computer with the login problem doesn't know I have reset the password. Is there
a way to either get past the login screen, add another user without signing in or fix my internet connection from the login screen. Can someone please help me? My computer is virtually dead as is. I cant sign in, I cant do anything! I checked to make sure
the password had been reset and I can login to my outlook.com account no problem from another device using the new password. that is when I realized that the reason it isn't resetting on the computer I am locked out of is that I have no internet access.
At least that's what I am thinking. I tried safe mode but of course without being able to login that still doesn't help.

 

Can I login Without Internet?

If that was true then it would be impossible to travel with a laptop that only had a Microsoft Account login established on it because the user has to login first in order to change the WiFi hotspot being connected to and those of us that login into our computers with our Microsoft Account logins when we are not connected to the internet know that we can.
