Windows 10: Can't login

Someone stole my laptop that had everything on there, so i tried locating it with another laptop using find-my-device from Microsoft. And because both laptops are from HP i didnt know which one was the stolen one i couldn't acess the location on the other because it doesnt have a battery and it has to be pluged in to work so i began testing and locked 1 of the laptops to see which is which and the laptop next to me locked and it had a message "This device is locked by an administrator. Have any of the administrators sign in to unlock it." then i tried to sign in but it went back on the start

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
