Windows 10: Cant open any documents on Microsoft 365

Hi,I am having trouble opening any documents on Microsoft 365, all of the users on our business onedrive can log in nut not open documents.The message is 'Sorry, something went wrong - Item does not exist. It may have been deleted by another user' This is the same for all of the documents on our Onedrive, each login requires a code from a manager and no one in the team could have deleted all the documents.Has anyone else had the same issue?

Thanks for the tip! I followed all above steps.

So far I can open files from the Recent files list when I enter Word itself, however I still am unable to open any documents using the Word icon pinned to the taskbar:

Why can't I open document files in Microsoft 365 (Office)?

Good evening, I encountered a problem that creates inconvenience when working with documents: when opening a document, it wants to choose in which program to open it, but Microsoft 365 is not in the list. "Catastrophic Failure" error in my opinion due to UWP app.





I can edit documents like this: open onedrive.live.com, select the document and open, but it's inconvenient.





Details: I'm running Windows 11 with the latest updates, it's been quite a while since I last edited documents, so I can't say exactly when it happened. Also, for some reason I can't upload the image here directly, so I'm linking to the image: Issue 14.8.23
