Windows 10: Can’t open anything except setting don’t know what to do

    Can’t open anything except setting don’t know what to do


    So I got a new gpu and had it all setup and it worked amazing I might have overclocked it a little because it crashed running a high end game and everytime I turn it on and login it stays at a black screen and brings up my antivirus software so I scanned my computer and it was fine after awhile it load my Home Screen with all my shortcuts but I can’t open anything except for setting it loads forever when I click to open something than says it cant and it fails anyway to fix because apparently I can’t even wipe my pc

    Nice, no answers what so ever... still can`t open new notifications, still right-click don`t work on taskbar... and still no answer as to why

    I also tryed safe mode, it still didn`t work on it. and Glucofacts Deluxe STILL does not work, so... you say that you don`t know how it started working on win 10 for you?

    I am game player.(sniper fury)in win10.but to day don"t opening game.or close after 2-3 secend.3 the back to last morning by recovery poin .but nothing
