    Can't open certain files.


    After a recent Windows update I am unable to open some of my files on disk or backup hard drive. Instead, I get the message; The media is write protected. I am able to open, modify and save the same files on either media using my old XP laptop but not on my laptop running Windows 10. How do I fix this and prevent it from happening again?

    opening .dds files with gimp

    Simply, HOW? I got the DDS plugin but the POS wont open DDS files still. Can someone give me a step-by-step rundown of how to install the DDS plugin for gimp so I know if I'm missing something?

    Can someone just open a W10 support.

    As a suggestion, it would be kinda cool if we could exclude certain thread categories from the "recent threads" list.

    PowerPoint file crashes PowerPoint upon opening

    since this happens in some of the computers only, suggest that you open the file on working computer and copy everything and paste to a new powerpoint file.
    most of the time it works to me. *Smile Can't open certain files. :)
