Windows 10: Cant open certain internet on any broswer

I have contact internet service for help, but we couldnt find any reason why i couldnt open certain web. Currently i cant open certain web like canada computer rogers and most of the site. The website i am able to open are all google website and youtube. Currently it only happen on my computer, but before that my father computer and my tablet are having the same issus, these device currently are not having this issue. I have tried to reset my router and tried many thing with people from rogers and all of it wont work. I had this issue before but when i waited for a hour or two, my computer rec

Can someone just open a W10 support.

As a suggestion, it would be kinda cool if we could exclude certain thread categories from the "recent threads" list.

Internet Explorer won't open

Hi,

• If you cannot start Internet Explorer, you can open the settings window by pressing Windows Key + R, typing "inetcpl.cpl" in the Run box, and then pressing Enter. After the
  window is open, follow the steps that are described in the "How to reset Internet Explorer settings" section.

If above steps failed to solve.

• Try to create new user account and then open IE.

• Try clean installation method to reset your system.
