Windows 10: cant open file and launch install wizard.

I'm trying to install some software, when i download it and try to pen it it requests which app from store to open, when i've previously opened same file install wizard has just launched but now will not can anybody help?

Simply, HOW? I got the DDS plugin but the POS wont open DDS files still. Can someone give me a step-by-step rundown of how to install the DDS plugin for gimp so I know if I'm missing something?

Thank you for your reply. It's good to know that both scans didn't identify any system file corruptions. However, since you are still getting an error when launching your application, the next suggestion we have for you is to download the .NET Framework.
