Windows 10: Can't open game

A few months ago, I got Persona 5 royale on my laptop. I had to bring my laptop in to fix, logging me out of a lot of things and undownloading things and such. I sign back into my microsoft account, and when I try to open the game it says: Persona 5 Royal is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store and try again. Here's the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001It even says on my computer that is it downloaded, I'm not sure what is the issue here?

• Please specify the game you are having issue with?
• Are you getting any error messages while opening the game?
• Also, did you download the game from windows Store?

For workaround, I would suggest you to follow the below steps and see if the issue can be resolved.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search next to start on the desktop.
  
• Click on View All on left side and select Windows Store Apps.
• Follow the onscreen instructions.

I suggest to run the game in compatibility mode by following the steps below and check if it helps.

  Right click on the ‘Setup’ icon for the game and click on properties.
