Windows 10: Can't open Glary Utilities

I can't open Glary Utilities, there's a window showing:



I think it's a problem on UAC.

Frequently get error 0x8009002d when signing in with pin

I tried Glary Utilities too, and it seemed to work, but after about two weeks, the error reappeared.

Maybe Glary Utilities never fixed anything?

Maybe Glary Utilities fixes the problem, and Windows Update recreates it?

It does seem like a registry issue, so I am inclined to think it’s the latter.

 

Frequently get error 0x8009002d when signing in with pin

When you open Glary Utilities, klick on tab 1-click maintenance and remove the check on "track eraser" (a translation of my local language). Then click on search for problems.

 

Try restarting, and if it still won't work after that, the easiest solution is to uninstall Glary Utilities and reinstall it, although could go to the file and give rself permissions manually which would be quicker.
