Can't open iCloud for Windows, no WindowsApps folder.

I installed a new SSD Hard Drive on my PC, along with reinstalling Windows 11 Home. I can successfully install iCloud for Windows and can interact with it normally until I restart my PC. After restarting, it will no longer open, and I get an error message "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file...." The path it is looking for is "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\AppleInciCloud_15.3.138....." I think the issue is that I do not have a "WindowsApps" folder there at all. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several time, and I even tried creating a "WindowsApps" folder befo

    WindowsApp Folder

It is already installed. In accordance with your suggestion, I have created a folder for it under Program Files and moved it there. Thanks. I would still be interested in understanding why I cannot get access to the WindowsApps folder, even after following all the steps I can follow online. Any insights please?

How do I get "Photo Options" to pop up once I open icloud for windows 10?
