    Can't open Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2016) icon in Control Panel


    Hi there

    After upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10, we are having an issue on one of the device in relation to opening Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2016) icon in Control Panel. It didn't open the window Mail Setup - Email accounts, Data Files, and Show profiles etc etc.

    BTW ... we are using Microsoft Office 365 online services and download from MicrosoftOnline.com

    What I've done so far:
    1. After the upgrade, all Office not working (Excel, Word etc etc)
    2. Uninstall from Program and Features >> Didn't work
    3. Force to unstalled manually via Microsoft Tool >> Complete remove
    4. Reinstall Office 2016 >> Mail icon didn't work
    5. Do Office Quick Repair >> Mail icon didn't work
    6. Do Office Online Repair >> Mail icon didn't work
    7. Uninstall and reinstall Office 2016 >> Mail icon didn't work

    Any ideas?

    Mail Icon missing in Windows 10 Control Panel

    I have the exact same issue. Brand new fresh-out-of-the-box Dell OptiPlex 7050 PC, Dell "OEM" Microsoft Office Home and Business 2016 installation. There is no "Mail" icon in Control Panel, nor is Office 2016 even listed on the Programs and Features/Remove
    list.

    It's like Dell's shipping half-baked Office installs with these latest systems. Outlook just gets some bogus "can't find that user" type error when launching and entering verified-correct e-mail credentials for Office 365. Can't set up the mail account
    manually because there's no mail icon in Control Panel. Can't uninstall because there's no Office H&B listed in Control Panel.

    Looks like Dell just screwed up all things Office. I'm going to just try to log in directly to Office.com/Account and see if I can manually download/install from there.

    Greetings,

    I have Windows 10 Creators Edition with Office 2016.

    The Outlook 2016 mail profile has been corrupted and will not open.

    Where does one get to the Mail app as before (Control Panel) so I can delete the mail profile.
