Windows 10: Can't open Microsoft Lens from my mobile phone iPhone

I am unable to open Microsoft Lens apps from my iPhone, when I press the apps, it show black screen and out, I am unable to save my files to iCloud, can you please help me to open my apps so that I can save them in my Iclouds for technical support. The files are very important and I was so regret that I didn't save them at once. Now my apps are not work, I felt so stressed. And also if I delete the apps and install again, all my files will be deleted? iPhone In Germany By T-Mobile

Seems that AT&T isnt the only cell phone company to use iPhone after all...T-Mobile has snagged a deal for the handset in Germany as you can all see in the screenshot bellow.
Whether or not this has an effect on Apple's UK network of choice however isn't clear at all.
With the general consensus of opinion that the iPhone will be Europe bound in September or October there should be a press release or even announcement soon.

Thanks for your suggestion, but this is a prepaid phone --- no contract. As I said T-Mobile lists the number under an unknown carrier and suggested I contact Microsoft.
