Windows 10: Can't open multiple apps on my laptop nor can I upgrade to Windows 11

Hi,I've been trying to upgrade my laptop to Windows 11, version 23H2 for a while now, but everytime I do, I get a "Download error - 0x80246019".I'm additionally having issues updating "Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 Version 1.401.1596.0 - Current Channel Broad" Install error - 0x80070643 and "2023-11 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 KB5032007" which always seems to be stuck at Installing- 44% for some reason.I can't remember when this started happening but there are multiple apps I'm unabl

  Open multiple apps that you want.

  Right click on the task bar.
  
• 
  From the jump menu select Show all windows side by side.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.
