Can't open my video files that were transferred from my JVC Full HD Camcorder Model #...

How do I open CIPEXT Files on my Windows 11 Computer with Windows Media Player Legacy because each time I try, I'm getting an error message saying, "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file". What can I do to fix this issue?

    :)

    camcorder video

    Hi Jeol

Is that video stored on your PC or is that stored on a camcorder?

If that is stored on the camcorder, then that needs to be transferred to the PC and digitally encoded, if you have not done that, what is the Make and exact Model No. of your camcorder?

If that is stored as a file on your PC already, a video file is too large to send via Email, here are the steps to provide that in an Email:

Log into OneDrive, with the same login details you used on this forum:
    https://onedrive.live.com/

Click and drag that video file into that OneDrive page

Wait for that video to upload . . .

Once the file has uploaded, right click the file in the OneDrive page and choose Share

Click 'Copy Link' then you can Email that link to the recipient and they can download the video at their end . . .
