Windows 10: Can't open Settings>Blutooth and Device>Camera, after Windows11 22H2 update

ErrorCan't open Settings>Blutooth and Device>Camera, after Windows11 22H2 updateDetail- The page of Settings>Blutooth and Device>Camera keeps showing the moving circle mark and doesn't show the body- The camera itself and the camera driver is working. Therefore I can use the camera itself in Zoon etc.- I have implemented Windows Update Troubleshooting at Settings>System>Troubleshooting> Others- I'd like to use Eye Contact function which is mounted at 22H2 update after fixing this errorQuestionHow can I fix this issue with the minimum time?

If 22H2 is not listed on the Windows Update page, as an alternative, you can use the "Windows 11 Installation Assistant" to upgrade to 22H2. Visit the following link to download the tool.
