Windows 10: Cant open some of the default apps, cant use any search bar in windows including file explorer

Hello !after I updated my windows to windows 11 I had some issues with search bar and some apps. So after that I reverted my windows to windows 10 and I still had these issues Pc specs:CPU : Core i7-1165G7RAM : 16 GB - 3200 MHzSSD : 1 TBSearch bar :Nothing enters the search bar no visual input Cursor refreshes loading icon CPU usage risesApps including Microsoft store, Lenovo vantage, Sticky Notes, Microsoft todo and Etc :They will crash after a few secondsCursor refreshes loading icon CPU usage risesI tried everything that was related to windows:TroubleshooterSFC scanAnd I tried

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

• Open the File Explorer and try to search for files.
• In the toolbar, open the View tab and click List
  to change the view.
• Once changed, close the File Explorer.
• Open the File Explorer again and try to search to see if the setting has been retained.

Win10: set 'view' default in file explorer

1. In the search box type as “settings”.

2. Go to “system” and click on “default apps”.

3.Then click on “set default apps by”.

4. Select “File Explorer from the list” and click on “choose defaults for this program”.

5. Then check the box “select all” and click on “save.

6. Then click on “ok”.
