Windows 10: Can't open the taskbar without pressing the windows key, can't click on most windows apps...

Everytime i open up my computer everything works perfectly but after a while suddenly everything stops working.I can't open my taskbar without pressing the windows key and i cant open up any apps with itI can't click on windows apps such as Task ManagerI'm simply unable to open certain apps at all sometimesI've tried downloading a windows update, using a different mouse, restarting explorer.exe and nothing helps.Is there anything i could do to fix this? Thanks

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.

This App can´t open


Hi,
Sorry for my poor english.

Whit the UAC disabled (Registry> EnableLUA=0) I get the error message "The app can´t open", "...with the Built-in Administrator account. Try with another account".
I get this message when I try to open any Windows App (Calender, Fotos, Camera, Edge, One Note), everything.

How to make App´s work with UAC disabled?
