Windows 10: Can't open / uninstall anything

So I'm having this issue with windows 10 where it won't let open any apps or do anything. I've tried other threads but my issue seems different from the others as I can't even open task manager or anything in my task bar.I can't even do a scan. I haven't done anything sketchy on my computer or downloaded anything that was untrustworthy so I'm genuinely confused about this. Can anyone help?

How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

Any suggestions? *Confused

 

Uninstall problem


Open the Admin Command Prompt:

1. diskpart
2. List disk
3. select disk # where # is the disk that contains hidden partitions
4. list par
5. select partition #
6. delete partition OVERRIDE
7. repeat steps 5 & 6 for the additional hidden partitions.
8. exit

OR:
if you want to clean the whole disk, after step 3 above
Type: clean
Type: exit
