    I would like to use an older Lenovo laptop with window 10 installed. It has not been used for 4 years.The computer opens fine but aside from starting, restarting or shutting down, the system will not open up further until I put in either a password or pin, I assume to open the Window 10. I do not remember either.I have searched online extensively but found no help except with a company that charged $199. to fix the problem.I asked the question to a community blog but I cannot follow the complicated instructions.I would appreciate help.thank you.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
