Windows 10: Cant opens Microsoft store

Its been like two Days and Still wont opensLike i Said in the 3rd question It was fixed but now the Microsoft store wont opens no more, can you guys Help me fiz It?

1. Take Ownership of Program Files\WindowsApps

1. Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Program Files.
   
2. Right-click on the WindowsApps folder and select Properties.
   
3. Go to the Security tab and click on the Advanced button.
   
4. Click on the Change link next to the owner field.
   
5. In the Enter the object name to select field, type your username or email (if using a Microsoft account) and click Check Names.
   
6. Click OK to close the dialog.
   
7. Check the box that says Replace owner on subcontainers and objects.
   
8. Click Apply and then OK to apply the changes. This process may take some time.
   

2. Remove the Microsoft Store

1. Open PowerShell as an administrator. Right-click the Start button and select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
