Windows 10: Can't pair Galaxy S21 with Surface pro

    Can't pair Galaxy S21 with Surface pro


    Both devices find each other, but the pairing always fails. I'm not sure what to do now. I've deleted all old pairings and connections. I've turned off Bluetooth on both and restarted.


    In the paired devices on the Surface, I see the phone as paired and have deleted it multiple times. Not sure what to try next.

    Can't pair Galaxy S21 with Surface pro

    Surface Pro WiFi connection to Samsung Galaxy S5 Phone Hotspot on Verizon

    I have a brand-new Surface Pro 4 which will not connect to the Hotspot on my Samsung Galaxy S5 on Verizon.

    The surface finds the phone as an available network but after entering the password, the only information I get is "Can't connect to this network".

    Are these devices compatible?

    Any suggestions?
