Windows 10: Can’t pass the DELL logo with flickering screen

I have a dell insprion with a win 10 in it. When i trun on the laptop, it shows the dell logo flickering every 5 second with choices of F6 and F12. It doen not pass the Dell logo to bring up the window. This happend after an autmatic update for win 10. I don’t have a recovery win 10 cd either, howver, i have run the diagnosis via f12 and found no issues.


How can pass the logo screen to get into win screen.

I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
