Windows 10: Can't pay in Partner Center

Hi,I'm trying to pay to join the Partner Center as an individual developer so I can distribute my applications in Microsoft Store but I'm unable to pay. Here's the error I'm getting.I've already tried 2 different cards and I'm sure that the issue isn't in the card. I can buy online stuff with these cards. Is it because I'm based in Portugal?Thanks.

Developer account is valid until sep 2069.
would be thankful if anyone could share steps to find the apps and games in partner center workspace.

 

Microsoft Partner Center: Can't enroll into Windows and Xbox program

I've got a developer account at Microsoft Partner Center.

And I was trying to enroll into Windows and Xbox program and got an error 'Our records indicate that you have already enrolled into this program and your account is in suspended status.'

Creating service ticket in 'Help+support' section (of Microsoft Partner Center) is disabled,

probably because it requires a Workspace and I've got none available in my dashboard.

How do I reach Microsoft Partner Center support to reactivate / unsuspend my dev account ?

 

Your individual Profile is unavailable - Partner Membership Center

Hi All,

I'm continuously getting the following error when I try to update "Your Individual Profile" in the Partner Membership center:

"We're Sorry. Your individual profile is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later"

My MCP account is currently associated with my employer.

I've seen a couple of other blogs about this but no resolution.

I have tried:

Various browsers (Edge, I.E., Chrome, Firefox)

Using "In Private"

Cleared Cache

Using the following URL: https://partners.microsoft.com/PartnerProgram/IndividualProfile.aspx?a=1

Any suggestions?
