Windows 10: Can't perform any reinstallation of Win 10

I needed to do a clean reinstall of win 10 and downloaded the media creation tool (USB inserted), I tried many times but it just showed this. I also tried to do the installation from my computer which is the recovery tool but it still showed the same problem.

Step 2:

After performing above step, I suggest you to repair your computer
by using Windows 10 installation media you have created.
