Windows 10: can't play any games anymore

so my parents are both against microsoft parental controls as they both think there is no reason for me and my siblings to be monitered that way, so after i got forced to join a parental control thingy no one agreed to it but we could'nt back out of it anymore so my father added me to it and that was that, later i tried to log into minecraft but i couldn't because of the parental cotrols, my father never made it so there was anything i wasn't allowed to do, then he tried deleting me from the family controls, i still had the same problem as before, i could'nt do anything, so i made an alternati

Not able to play games, keeps saying that it is incompatible and it doesn't load the game anymore.

are you referring to cannot download any games for Windows store?

If you are unable to download any games through Widows store, I suggest you to try resetting Windows store cache and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

Reset Windows Store cache

1. Press Windows key + R on your keyboard.

2. Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.
