Windows 10: Can't play any games - "The description for Event ID 0 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found."

Hey, I've had a lenovo pre-built for around four years and nothing was wrong with it until a few days ago where I started getting these errors listed below after a fresh install. I've tried underclocking memory, and underclocking the gpu power by 10%, I've used DDU ininstaller around 3x for a fresh clean install of drivers, sfc scan and chkdsk. I've turned up the fan speed incase my GPU was getting too hot, and I've tried a bunch of other random solutions online and nothing seems to work. Should I try another fresh install? Can't even load up fortnite or league of legends without it crash

This event has kept crashing my games, I just built this PC this has been happening so many times.

MSFS CTD with nvlddmkm "Event ID 0"

i recently got a new PC with an RTX 3080. Since the beginning i kept getting crashes to desktop after a few minutes into a game. It is always the same "nvlddmkm" error:

I discovered, that the NVIDIA setting "Prefer Maximum Performance" led to these crashes. By returning the setting to "Normal" i am now able to enjoy most of my games ... except Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020.

I tried every possible fix, from increasing the GPU processing time via the registry, to reinstalling drivers and even reinstalling Windows. I also tried downclocking the GPU wie MSI Afterburner and setting an aggressive fan curve (i rarely reach GPU temperatures above 65 °C now).

It seems, that both the Event ID "0" and especially the Event Data "\Device\Video3Error occurred on GPUID: 500" are quite rare. I wasn´t able to find help on exactly my issue. I attempted most solutions on the internet regarding all kinds of "nvlddmkm" errors, but unfortunatly none of them worked for me.
