Windows 10: Can't play Cities:Skylines Windows 10 Edition

    Can't play Cities:Skylines Windows 10 Edition


    Whenever I double click on the icon on my desktop, the loading screen comes on for about half a second then I'm returned to my desktop with the message- Cities: Skylines - Windows 10 Edition is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001


    Can anyone help?

    Cities: Skyline windows 10 edition , Not available

    So my husband and I wanted to both get the Cities: Skyline windows 10 edition on the xbox game pass for pc. For him it downloaded and installed, but for me, it says: "Not available at this time", which does not make sense as we are in the same house, city
    and country. Any ideas on whats wrong?
