Windows 10: can't play full screen games

Discus and support can't play full screen games in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; when I open any game i see black borders at the sides.     can't play full screen games


    when I open any game i see black borders at the sides. I have Intel HD graphics display adapter and NVIDIA graphics driver installed on my laptop (everything is up to data). I tried many solutions but there is no "scale full screen" option in Intel control panel with res 1366x768
    how can I solve it?

    I can't play it because I can't put the game into full screen with ALT+TAB and it lags when it's in Windows Version

    Fullscreen bug on Windows 10

    Only when I play games (every games) in full screen. It's normal when I don't play games in full screen. For example, in Minecraft when I press F11 it goes to full screen. But then begins the same thing. But when I play games from store and I press button
    for full screen in upper right corner, the full screen works.
