Pokemon Trading Card Game Online crashes in Windows 10

So my pokemon trading card game online program was working then one day it started exiting after I see the first picture after launching. so I uninstall it and reinstall it. same problem. So now since windows forced me to have windows 10 I tried the same
thing, uninstall then install. Same results. I think its this computer because it works on other computers just not mine.

As for the Xbox app, it is not meant for playing xbox games. How did you get that idea anyway? You can download games from the windows store and play them.

I installed the app Meboy 1.6 in my mobile

and i played pokemon crystal version in it.

Can i trade pokemon using 2 phones (which has Meboy each of one it) ???
